This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Take charge of the Top of the Funnel: Spearhead the sourcing strategy for your team, leveraging your expertise to cultivate a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for both technical and non-technical positions.
• Proactive Sourcing & Engagement: Employ your abilities with LinkedIn, advanced Boolean searching, and other innovative channels to identify and connect with elite passive talent.
• Develop the "Hot List": Actively create and maintain our "Hot List" of pre-qualified, high-potential candidates, ensuring we have a warm pipeline for our most crucial roles.
• Initial Candidate Screening: Execute initial screening calls and administer assessments to gauge candidates' skills, experience, and motivation, ensuring that only well-suited talent advances in the process.
• Market Intelligence: Partner with your Recruiter counterpart to evaluate market trends and offer insights on talent pools to continuously enhance your sourcing strategy.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a sourcing or top-of-funnel recruiting role, ideally within a dynamic agency or technology environment.
• A demonstrated history of utilizing proactive sourcing techniques to discover and engage passive candidates.
• Proficiency with contemporary sourcing tools, particularly LinkedIn and advanced Boolean logic.
• Expertise in searching, locating, and placing Technical roles (such as Software Engineers, QA Analysts, UX/UI Designers, among others).
• Exceptional communication skills, with the capability to craft persuasive outreach messages and conduct professional screening calls.
• Strong organizational abilities and experience in maintaining a tidy pipeline in an ATS.
• Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is essential.

• We value diverse professional backgrounds, but **this is a Mid-level role** intended for individuals with 3+ years of experience in the recruiting industry. If your career encompasses significantly more experience or if you're pursuing a Senior-level opportunity, this may not be the ideal match. • Work remotely Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week (no weekends).
• Vacation: 12 business days per year.
