This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Crafting and sharing appealing job advertisements across various job boards to attract the interest of targeted candidates.
• Timely review and processing of applications across all platforms.
• Employing multiple sourcing techniques on online job boards, professional networking platforms, and databases to identify and engage potential candidates for specific job openings.
• Starting conversations with prospective candidates, fostering relationships, and providing pertinent information regarding job opportunities.
• Assessing candidate qualifications and fit through initial phone or video interviews, evaluating their skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
• Staying updated on industry trends, talent communities, and competitive environments to refine sourcing strategies and consistently maintain a robust talent pipeline, particularly for frequently repeated roles.
• Accurately managing candidate data and records within applicant tracking systems (ATS) or similar databases.
• Working backwards from established metrics to enhance the sourcing strategy and uphold agreed service levels.
• Assisting recruiters with various administrative tasks related to sourcing as needed.
• Enhancing the employer brand by presenting job opportunities in a compelling manner to prospective candidates and effectively encouraging the use of social media tools in line with Cielo’s branding strategy.
• Coordinating feedback and facilitating the recruitment process to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Proactively seeking and engaging candidates from diverse backgrounds to strengthen the company’s commitment to inclusivity.
• Identifying opportunities for process enhancements within the talent sourcing function and proposing innovative solutions to improve recruitment efficiency.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in talent sourcing, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
• High School diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field is preferred.
• Successful completion of the Sourcing Foundation training is mandatory within the first 90 days.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or talent administration is required.
• Some experience in conducting preliminary candidate assessments via phone or video interviews is preferred.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is essential.
• Proficiency in utilizing various sourcing methods, including basic Boolean search, to identify and engage potential candidates.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with prospects and relationship building.
• Effective time management and organizational skills to manage multiple candidate pipelines and ensure prompt follow-ups.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining candidate records.
• Professional demeanor while representing the company to prospective candidates.
