This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Crafting and publishing compelling job advertisements across various job boards to attract the interest of target candidates.

• Timely review and processing of applications across all platforms.

• Employing diverse sourcing techniques on online job boards, professional networking sites, and databases to identify and engage potential candidates for specific job openings.

• Initiating contact with prospective candidates, fostering relationships, and providing pertinent information regarding job opportunities.

• Assessing candidate qualifications and fit through initial phone or video interviews, evaluating their skills, experience, and cultural alignment.

• Staying updated on industry trends, talent communities, and competitive landscapes to enhance sourcing strategies and maintain a robust talent pipeline, especially for frequently filled roles.

• Keeping precise candidate data and records in applicant tracking systems (ATS) or relevant databases.

• Working backwards from established metrics to refine the sourcing strategy and uphold agreed-upon service levels.

• Assisting recruiters with various administrative tasks related to sourcing as needed.

• Elevating the employer brand by presenting job opportunities in an appealing and persuasive manner to potential candidates, and effectively encouraging the use of social media tools aligned with Cielo’s brand strategy.

• Coordinating feedback and facilitating the overall recruitment process to guarantee a seamless candidate experience.

• Actively pursuing and engaging candidates from diverse backgrounds to reinforce the company’s commitment to inclusivity.

• Recognizing areas for improvement within the talent sourcing function and proposing innovative solutions to boost recruitment efficiency.


⛳️ Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of talent sourcing experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.

• Proficiency in English.

• High School diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field is preferred.

• Successful completion of the Sourcing Foundation training within the first 90 days is mandatory.

• A minimum of 1 year experience in sourcing, recruiting, or talent administration is required.

• Some experience in conducting initial candidate assessments through phone or video interviews is preferred.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is a must.

• Ability to utilize various sourcing methods, including basic Boolean search techniques, to identify and engage potential candidates.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with prospects and relationship building.

• Effective time management and organizational skills to manage multiple candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining candidate records.

• Professional demeanor while representing the company to potential candidates.
