Talent Sourcer – Junior Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Develop and manage job descriptions, pre-screening forms, hiring scorecards, and competency matrices.

• Proactively search for candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal databases.

• Perform initial HR interviews to evaluate soft skills, communication abilities, and cultural alignment.

• Collaborate with hiring managers and project managers to comprehend specific requirements.

• Ensure prompt and professional communication with candidates throughout all stages of the hiring process.

• Assist in preparing job offers and negotiations under the guidance of HR and Legal departments.

• Maintain candidate information in Recruitee and internal tracking spreadsheets.

• Monitor and report on essential hiring metrics, including time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, and source performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 months of full-cycle recruitment experience in an outsourced/outstaff environment.

• Strong understanding of the IT market.

• Experience in recruiting engineers in Ukraine, Europe, or Latin America.

• Proficient in written and spoken English (Upper-Intermediate level or above).

• Familiarity with ATS systems, LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean search techniques.

• Confident in using Google Sheets, Excel, and Docs for tracking and reporting purposes.

• Strong attention to detail, organized work style, and capability to manage 2-3 vacancies simultaneously.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
