Talent Sourcer, GTM – 6-month Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Develop robust talent pipelines across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, G&A, and other essential business areas, with a strong emphasis on complex, multi-stakeholder Enterprise Sales positions.

• Actively seek out outstanding passive candidates utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, AI tools, referrals, networking, communities, and various innovative sourcing methods.

• Formulate strategic outreach plans that yield high response rates and leave a positive impression of Pigment.

• Collaborate with TA Managers and Hiring Leaders to identify talent and target competitor companies, assess compensation trends, and provide timely market insights to enhance hiring approaches.

• Construct talent maps that pinpoint key organizations, markets, and candidate pools for both immediate and future recruitment needs.

• Provide market intelligence, including compensation trends, competitor hiring activities, talent availability, and hiring insights.

• Continuously foster and maintain long-term relationships with candidates, even when there are no current opportunities available.

• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the sourcing and qualification phases.

• Experiment with innovative sourcing methodologies, AI technologies, and automation to enhance efficiency and hiring results.

• Advocate for Pigment's employer brand in every interaction with potential candidates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in Talent Sourcing, Executive Search, or Talent Acquisition within a rapidly growing SaaS or technology setting.

• Strong comprehension of the North America SaaS revenue landscape, including knowledge of enterprise sales strategies, deal structures, and target company levels.

• Exceptional sourcing and headhunting skills with a demonstrated ability to engage passive talent.

• Experience utilizing various sourcing channels beyond LinkedIn.

• In-depth understanding of the technology talent market across GTM and/or Corporate functions.

• Naturally inquisitive with excellent research abilities and a keen interest in understanding talent markets.

• Comfortable analyzing hiring data and sharing actionable market insights with Recruiters and Hiring Managers.

• Familiarity with AI tools to enhance sourcing productivity and candidate research is a plus.

• Flourishes in uncertain environments and enjoys establishing processes as the company grows.
