This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Development and implementation of multichannel sourcing strategies for lecturers in specified markets.
• Utilization of sourcing tools (Boolean/X-ray search, social networks, AI services, professional communities, etc.) to create a high-quality candidate database.
• Collaboration with producers to clarify lecturer profiles and requirements; transforming requests into specific search criteria.
• Conducting personalized outreach campaigns (LinkedIn, email, other channels), A/B testing message templates, analyzing conversion rates, and continuously improving communications.
• Managing the candidate database in ATS — creating job postings, updating records, proper tagging, and accurate profile completion.
• Preparing shortlists of candidates with risk assessments; tracking key sourcing performance metrics (response rate, time-to-source, time-to-review, etc.) and preparing reports with recommendations.
• Coordinating interviews and feedback exchanges between candidates, producers, and recruiters.
• Continuously monitoring lecturer markets, thematic trends, and sourcing channels; preparing regular insights for the team.
• Mentoring new members of the IBP team and supporting their onboarding process (as needed).
• Experience in sourcing/recruitment.
• Experience working with international markets (preferred).
• Deep understanding of search tools (Boolean search, X-ray, LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Ability to work with AI tools for search automation.
• Knowledge of sourcing performance metrics (Conversion rates, Funnel metrics).
