Talent Sourcer, Expert AI Trainers

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard specialized annotators and performers across various skill sets and languages.

• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, universities, and niche communities to discover hard-to-find specialists.

• Harness AI workflows and automation to assess and expand sourcing channels while enhancing the annotator experience.

• Establish vetting and assessment processes according to project requirements and expertise levels.

• Maintain expert engagement between projects to ensure a warm and staffable roster.

• Collaborate with project and delivery leads to convert customer specifications into candidate profiles.

• Increase staffed capacity to amplify the volume of work the business can undertake.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in high-volume recruitment.

• Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter / Sales Navigator and other sourcing tools.

• Expertise in developing AI workflows to scale effective strategies and enhance the annotator experience.

• Ability to manage funnel metrics: outreach volume, response rates, conversion rates, and time-to-fill.

• Excellent written communication skills, responsiveness, and professionalism; most outreach is conducted via email and direct messages.

• Proven success in fast-paced, target-driven settings (such as startups, agencies, consulting, or similar environments).

• Strong resilience, proactivity, and adaptability to revise strategies when challenges arise or project directions shift.
