This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process for both full-time and part-time roles.
• Engage with candidates during every step of the recruitment journey.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with candidates to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and adherence to quality standards.
• Perform online searches, manage resumes, pre-screen candidates, post job openings, arrange interviews, and collaborate with hiring managers.
• Plan and facilitate hiring events.
• Establish partnerships with community outreach organizations to create new candidate pipelines.
• Enhance and maintain MasterCorp’s online presence while upholding brand standards.
• Train new managers on recruitment policies, procedures, the use of the Applicant Tracking System, and guidelines for interviewing and selection.
• Provide weekly and quarterly recruitment reports to the organization.
• Conduct regular assessments with hiring managers and candidates.
• Assist managers at all levels in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Counsel managers on effective recruitment practices.
• Comprehend and achieve established KPIs, including candidate outreach, interviews, hiring timelines, placements, and sourcing methods.
• Stay updated on interview strategies, guidelines, state and federal regulations, and systematic processes.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment.
• Experience in high-volume hourly recruitment and hospitality preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a must.
• A four-year degree in business or a related field is preferred.
• Strong sales and influencing abilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive sense of urgency.
• Capability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on inquiry and active listening.
• Business insight and the ability to articulate the needs of the organization.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
• Ability to perform essential physical tasks, including standing, walking, pushing, pulling, moving, lifting up to 25 lbs, bending, reaching, occasionally ascending/descending, and performing repetitive motions.
• Full-time 4-month contract with the potential for extension based on business needs and performance.
