This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Develop, implement, and continually enhance recruitment strategies for Aurum.
• Collaborate with leadership to evaluate hiring requirements.
• Establish candidate profiles, evaluation standards, and strategies for attracting talent.
• Oversee the complete recruitment cycle, encompassing job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessments, and feedback.
• Create and execute proactive sourcing strategies to bolster the talent pipeline.
• Guarantee a transparent, respectful, clear, proactive, and human-centered experience for candidates.
• Assist leadership with data analysis, insights, and market intelligence.
• Suggest and implement ongoing enhancements, innovations, efficiencies, and governance in recruitment processes.
• Serve as a custodian of Aurum’s culture and people management practices.
• Contribute to the strategic initiatives of the People & Places team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• Demonstrated experience in Talent Acquisition and recruitment, managing end-to-end hiring processes independently.
• Experience in recruiting technology professionals or working within technology firms.
• Proven track record of collaborating with leaders to establish candidate profiles, evaluation criteria, and assist in hiring decisions.
• Experience in managing strategic and complex roles, including sourcing and proactive talent attraction strategies.
• Familiarity with recruitment systems and platforms, organizing pipelines, and tracking performance metrics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to conduct interviews and provide consistent feedback.
• Strong organizational skills, prioritization, and results-oriented approach.
• Experience utilizing data and metrics to inform decisions and recommend improvements to recruitment processes.
• Preferred: hands-on experience in building or refining an Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
• Preferred: experience with employer branding strategies and enhancing the candidate experience.
• Preferred: experience in fast-paced environments or in designing and evolving recruitment processes.
• Preferred: understanding of and experience engaging with technical communities and specialized networks.
