This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide impactful consulting for recruiting operations through complimentary RecOps Connects and paid projects.
• Offer guidance to clients on recruiting strategies, data analysis interpretation, and operational best practices.
• Collaborate with AEs, CSMs, and Professional Services to define, sell, and deliver paid consulting projects using the RecOps SOW framework.
• Convert consulting insights into Academy courses, guides, webinars, and playbooks tailored to specific segments.
• Contribute to advanced product education, including the interpretation of Quality of Hire dashboards and analytics strategies.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert and act as a liaison between Customer Education and the High Touch CSM team.
• Identify content needs and support the Outcomes Framework training.
• Collaborate with the Product Team to transform observations into actionable product feedback.
• Equip CSMs with fundamental recruiting operations strategies and tactics.
• Develop reports or processes for customers as necessary.
• Assist High Touch, particularly Mid Market customers, in achieving quantifiable recruiting results.
• Practical experience with Ashby’s product.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to facilitate discussions clearly and concisely.
• Capability to engage stakeholders, including Heads of Talent and Recruiters.
• Ability to navigate varying levels of complexity, from interview planning to advanced Quality of Hire reporting strategies.
• Competence in holding stakeholders accountable, establishing clear expectations, and fostering alignment.
• Skill in defining boundaries and empowering CSMs in fundamental RecOps tasks.
• Proficiency in enabling others in both one-on-one and group settings.
• Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to convert feedback into actionable insights.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting operations, analytics, and process design.
• At least 2 years of prior experience utilizing Ashby in a recruiting operations role is essential.
• An interest in and capability for customer-facing interactions.
• Ability to work effectively amid ambiguity and shifting priorities.
• Comfort with hands-on customer engagement, comprehensive project management, scoping, execution, and follow-through.
