Growth Associate, Expert Recruiting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard specialized annotators and performers across a wide range of skill sets and languages.

• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, academic institutions, and niche communities to locate hard-to-find specialists.

• Implement AI workflows and automation to optimize and expand sourcing channels while enhancing the annotator experience.

• Establish vetting and assessment processes based on project needs, expertise, and requirements.

• Maintain engagement with experts between assignments to ensure the roster is warm and ready for staffing.

• Collaborate with project and delivery leads to convert customer specifications into effective candidate profiles.

• Increase staffed capacity to allow the organization to take on additional customer projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in high-volume recruitment.

• Proficient in utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter / Sales Navigator and other sourcing platforms.

• Expertise in developing AI workflows to scale successful strategies and enhance the annotator experience.

• Comfortable managing funnel metrics: outreach volume, response rates, conversion rates, and time-to-fill.

• Excellent written communication skills, responsiveness, and professionalism; most outreach occurs via email and DMs.

• Proven success in fast-paced, target-driven settings (startups, agencies, consulting, or similar environments).

• Demonstrates resilience, proactivity, and adaptability to modify strategies when challenges arise or projects shift.
