• Extensive sourcing proficiency: adeptness with LinkedIn Recruiter, AI recruiting tools, talent mapping, and outreach sequencing tools.
• A data-oriented approach: you monitor response rates, conversion rates, and channel performance, utilizing that information for improvement.
• Outstanding organizational abilities and the capacity to manage large pipelines across multiple roles concurrently without compromising quality.
