This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment process for APRN and clinical positions.

• Create and implement innovative sourcing strategies.

• Comprehend and adhere to APRN practice authority regulations by state.

• Utilize Allara's employer brand to enhance recruitment efforts.

• Manage job advertisements and track candidates effectively.

• Collaborate with hiring managers and clinical operations teams.

• Provide a premium candidate experience.

• Develop and sustain relationships with prospective candidates.

• Ensure strong talent pipelines for both current and future hiring requirements.

• Work in conjunction with the Clinical Talent team.

• Monitor and analyze hiring metrics.

• Stay updated on legislative changes affecting APRN scope of practice.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical recruitment.

• Experience in telehealth recruitment is essential.

• Previous experience in a start-up environment is required.

• Knowledge of APRN practice authority and supervision regulations across various states.

• Proficient sourcing capabilities.

• Must be organized, proactive, and solution-focused.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships.

• Strong passion for women’s health.

• Must be data-driven and adaptable.
