• Oversee the complete recruiting process across various levels and departments.
• Advocate for a data-informed strategy by monitoring essential recruiting metrics, pinpointing areas for enhancement, and partnering with team members to optimize and scale hiring processes.
• Serve as an ambassador for candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Facilitate intake meetings with hiring managers to outline position scope, requirements, and success profiles.
• Develop and maintain customized interview questions and panel guides that align with job specifications and compliance standards.
• Represent HR in panel interviews; guide the interview panel process and upload panel guides to the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure adherence to best practices and compliance throughout the procedure.
• A bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business, public administration, or a related field; or a suitable combination of education and relevant experience.
• A minimum of three years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within education, public sector, or high-volume recruitment settings.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday) and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or comparable platforms.
• Demonstrated capability to manage over 12 open roles concurrently across multiple teams with outstanding organizational skills and follow-through.
• Strong organizational adaptability - capable of adjusting to uncertain situations and making sound decisions with limited information.
• Familiarity with principles, methods, and techniques of human resource administration relevant to recruitment.
