• Accountable for managing the entire recruitment process, which includes job postings, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, extending job offers, performing reference and background checks, and facilitating onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to assess and identify staffing requirements.
• Build and sustain robust relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to meet recruitment objectives.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) throughout the recruitment procedures.
• Implement effective and contemporary recruiting strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
• Provide consistent updates to candidates and hiring teams during the recruitment journey.
• Create and manage advertising initiatives that enhance the employer branding strategy.
• Assist with all compliance program initiatives.
• Work together with hiring managers to ensure compliance with all relevant federal and state laws and regulations.
• Oversee candidate interactions within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• At least 2 years of progressive experience in recruiting.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience using an ATS.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and/or Society for Human Resources-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) is preferred.
