• Oversee and implement all recruiting systems as instructed by management.
• Manage the agent referral program.
• Monitor and record recruiting activities utilizing specified systems.
• Evaluate, interview, and assess agent candidates using company-sanctioned methods.
• Establish and nurture networking sources and centers of influence.
• Engage in career fairs, seminars, and professional organizations.
• Execute passive recruiting strategies such as internet sourcing, job boards, and cold calling.
• Suggest enhancements to recruiting and selection processes.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
• At least one (1) year of experience in recruiting.
• Understanding of compensation fundamentals.
• Knowledge of the labor market.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficient in English.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS): 1–3 years.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel: 1–3 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
