Bilingual Recruiter – Logistics, Transportation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Identify and evaluate candidates for roles related to logistics and transportation.

• Recruit individuals for positions such as dispatchers, logistics coordinators, customer service representatives, and other operational roles.

• Oversee job advertisements and manage candidate pipelines.

• Organize interviews and provide follow-up support throughout the recruitment process.

• Ensure ongoing communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.

• Pinpoint candidates who fit the operational requirements of the U.S. logistics sector.

• Handle multiple hiring processes concurrently in a fast-paced setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in recruiting within the logistics, transportation, or trucking sectors in the U.S.

• Experience in recruiting for dispatcher, operations, or logistics/customer support roles.

• Proficient in advanced/bilingual English (both written and spoken).

• Excellent communication and organizational capabilities.

• Ability to manage several open positions at once, with experience in using LinkedIn, job boards, and recruiting/sourcing tools.

• Familiarity with U.S. logistics operations and trucking processes is highly preferred.
