This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• In the role of a dedicated GTM Recruiter, you will collaborate closely with the leadership team and the wider GTM organization, taking charge of attracting and securing top talent for our rapidly expanding vertical (Provider Partnerships Managers).
• This position involves high-volume, full-cycle recruiting, giving you complete ownership over sourcing, screening, and managing the candidate pipeline.
• You will play a direct role in swiftly expanding our national GTM team while upholding a very high standard, which will necessitate innovative thinking and collaboration across the business.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience that is well-organized, transparent, and efficient.
• Assist in sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other innovative methods.
• A minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience.
• Proven experience managing all aspects of the recruiting process, from sourcing candidates to scheduling interviews and closing offers.
• Proficiency in utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools to identify and engage with candidates.
• A proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach to candidate and process management.
• Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic startup environment where you can learn rapidly and contribute to significant growth.
• A desire to develop your recruiting skills and advance your career in Talent Acquisition.
• A genuine passion for Nourish’s mission to enhance health through improved nutrition.
• Experience in supporting field sales recruiting is advantageous but not mandatory.
