Talent Sourcer, Engineering – 12 Month Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain a dynamic, continually updated pipeline of exceptional engineering talent to address both current and future hiring requirements.

• Take charge of market mapping initiatives: analyze the competitive landscape, identify target organizations and profiles, and gain a comprehensive understanding of the locations of top engineering professionals.

• Create and implement innovative, data-driven sourcing strategies to discover and engage passive candidates, particularly for highly sought-after engineering positions.

• Conduct extensive, high-quality candidate outreach and communicate our mission and team with authenticity and clarity.

• Monitor and evaluate sourcing metrics to consistently enhance targeting, messaging, and the effectiveness of channels.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of sourcing or recruiting experience with a proven history of building pipelines for top-tier engineering talent.

• In-depth sourcing proficiency: adeptness with LinkedIn Recruiter, AI recruiting tools, talent mapping, and outreach sequencing platforms.

• A data-focused approach: you analyze response rates, conversion rates, and channel effectiveness to drive improvements.

• Outstanding organizational abilities and capacity to manage extensive pipelines across numerous roles concurrently without oversight.
