Recruitment Manager, Travel Nurse

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead the Travel Nurse recruitment team responsible for sourcing and placing healthcare professionals for travel nursing assignments across the United States.

• Create strategic initiatives and action plans to achieve goals related to nurse staffing volume and profitability.

• Align the long-term objectives of the team with the individual short-term targets, establishing clear expectations.

• Oversee individual production targets that drive financial outcomes, growth, and retention.

• Share milestones and achievements to maintain the team's focus, engagement, motivation, and inspiration.

• Evaluate individual performance and enhance employee skills and capabilities.

• Implement improvement plans as necessary.

• Address and resolve issues impacting healthcare travelers by proactively contacting professionals and coordinating solutions.

• Foster accountability, responsibility, and trust within the team.

• Collaborate with the functional training department to arrange courses and personalized development sessions.

• Exemplify the "Standards of Excellence" framework within Cross Country.

• Carry out other responsibilities as assigned, with or without reasonable accommodation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred 2–3 years of sales experience in the service industry and/or recruiting experience.

• Required 2 years of experience in a leadership or management role.

• Fundamental knowledge of computer operations and applications.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.

• Capable of performing essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to fulfill the essential functions.
