Technical Talent Sourcer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Lead outbound sourcing initiatives aimed at high-priority engineering positions.

• Create targeted candidate pipelines across multiple engineering disciplines, including hardware, mechanical, electrical, firmware, controls, manufacturing, and software.

• Perform in-depth talent mapping and market analysis for specialized or challenging skill sets.

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to establish alignment on candidate profiles and outreach methods.

• Craft personalized, high-conversion communication that reflects Mainspring’s mission, culture, technology, and growth trajectory.

• Utilize sourcing platforms and alternative channels to discover high-potential candidates.

• Employ AI-driven sourcing tools and automation to enhance search accuracy, personalize messaging, streamline workflows, and engage candidates effectively.

• Assess candidates and conduct preliminary outreach discussions as needed.

• Monitor sourcing metrics and continuously refine strategies.

• Ensure accurate and organized data management within the ATS.

• Manage the initial phase of the recruiting process for key technical positions.

• Identify, engage, and qualify outstanding engineering talent.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 7+ years of technical sourcing experience in a dynamic or technical setting.

• Proven track record of successfully sourcing engineers across both hardware and software sectors.

• Strong expertise with contemporary sourcing tools and talent intelligence platforms.

• Experience using AI tools for sourcing research, personalized outreach, candidate screening, and optimizing workflows.

• Ability to rapidly grasp intricate technical requirements.

• Excellent written communication skills.

• Comfortable managing multiple searches simultaneously under tight deadlines.

• High degree of organization, accountability, and proactive attitude.

• Strong curiosity to delve into technology.
