This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify and attract top-tier candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, referrals, and various other platforms.

• Develop focused sourcing strategies for available positions across different functions.

• Rapidly gain insight into talent markets, candidate profiles, and competitive environments.

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to refine job specifications and align on ideal candidate profiles.

• Utilize data and feedback to enhance sourcing conversion rates, outreach effectiveness, and pipeline vitality.

• A minimum of 2 years of recruiting or sourcing experience, with a strong preference for candidates with growth-stage company experience.

• A keen interest in talent markets and a motivation to become proficient in the roles you support.

• Excellent research capabilities and the ability to transform vague requirements into precise candidate lists.

• Clear and concise written communication skills.

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced settings where problem-solving is essential.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to follow-through.
