Talent Sourcer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with recruiters to develop innovative sourcing strategies.

• Expand our candidate database.

• Support recruiters with phone screenings and resume evaluations.

• Engage candidates to participate in our recruitment process.

• Partner with hiring managers to define and formalize requirements while actively connecting with candidates.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a sourcer or in Talent Acquisition.

• Proficient in advanced English.

• Experience in posting job descriptions across various job boards.

• Skilled in using LinkedIn and/or other recruiting and sourcing platforms.

• Familiarity with Boolean search techniques.

• Goal-oriented, detail-focused, and friendly, with the capability to prioritize tasks and excel in a dynamic start-up environment.

• Ability to blend expertise with creativity and innovation to enhance our processes, practices, and recruitment brand.

• Experience and fluency in conducting phone screenings and aligning candidates with job descriptions.
