This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Conducting searches and selecting candidates for both technical and non-technical positions.
• Managing multiple projects (vacancies) simultaneously while closely collaborating with responsible recruiters.
• Developing and implementing an effective sourcing strategy using iterative approaches.
• Creating and maintaining pools of relevant candidates, tracking candidates in the ATS.
• Communicating with candidates during the initial stages of the recruitment process.
• A minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Talent Sourcer.
• Sourcing candidates through various methods, including Boolean Search, X-Ray search on LinkedIn/Google, as well as social media and OSINT techniques.
• Strong copywriting skills to create personalized messages for candidates.
• Experience working with tech and non-tech (digital marketing/analytics) vacancies.
• Familiarity with ATS systems.
• A well-developed network on LinkedIn.
• Excellent multitasking and autonomy skills.
• Proficiency in English at a B2+ level.
• Completion of relevant courses and participation in conferences or summits will be an advantage.
