This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Actively seek out candidates through various platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, Slack communities, and specialized job boards.
• Develop and oversee talent pipelines for several open positions simultaneously.
• Create and dispatch tailored outreach messages and email sequences to engage passive candidates.
• Conduct brief screening sessions to evaluate interest, availability, and basic qualifications.
• Collaborate with Recruiters to define role specifications and priorities.
• Formulate Boolean strings and sourcing strategies from the ground up for each position.
• Monitor and enhance sourcing performance metrics (e.g., response rates, interested candidates).
• Keep precise candidate records within our internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Reconnect with previous applicants and silver-medalist candidates for new opportunities.
• Assist with referral programs and the development of talent communities.
• Provide suggestions to enhance sourcing processes, tools, and automation workflows.
• Professionally represent Arc and our clients in all candidate communications.
• 0–2 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, sales, or a related field.
• A genuine interest in tech recruiting (previous tech experience is advantageous but not essential).
• Practical experience with sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn, outreach).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
• Highly organized with strong time management capabilities.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Data-driven approach with a focus on improving response rates and candidate quality.
• Comfortable using automation tools and internal systems.

• Experience sourcing for remote or international positions.
• Familiarity with GitHub sourcing or tech profiles.
• Experience with email automation tools.
• Exposure to startup or SaaS environments.
