Talent Sourcer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Proactively identify candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, Slack communities, and specialized job boards

• Create and oversee talent pipelines for various open positions simultaneously

• Develop and dispatch tailored outreach messages and email sequences to engage passive candidates

• Conduct quick and light screenings to evaluate interest, availability, and basic fit

• Collaborate with Recruiters to clarify job specifications and priorities

• Formulate Boolean strings and sourcing strategies from the ground up for each position

• Monitor and enhance sourcing performance metrics (e.g., response rates, interested candidates)

• Ensure accurate maintenance of candidate records in our internal ATS

• Reconnect with past applicants and silver-medalist candidates for new opportunities

• Assist in referral programs and the development of talent communities

• Offer suggestions for enhancing sourcing processes, tools, and automation workflows

• Represent Arc and our clients professionally in all interactions with candidates

⛳️ Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, sales, or a related field

• Genuine interest in tech recruiting (previous tech experience is beneficial, but not essential)

• Practical experience with sourcing methods (Boolean search, LinkedIn, outreach)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities concurrently

• Highly organized with effective time-management abilities

• Inquisitive, proactive, and eager to expand knowledge

• Data-driven approach with a focus on enhancing response rates and candidate quality

• Proficient in using automation tools and internal systems

• Nice to Have

• Experience sourcing for remote or international positions

• Familiarity with GitHub sourcing or technical profiles

• Experience with email automation tools

• Exposure to startup or SaaS environments
