This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Actively seek out and identify qualified candidates for vacant positions through a range of sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Develop and sustain candidate pipelines to address both current and future recruitment needs.
• Evaluate resumes and perform initial outreach to gauge candidates’ qualifications and interest levels.
• Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to comprehend role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Leverage sourcing technologies and applicant tracking systems to organize candidate information and communications.
• Stay updated on industry trends and innovative sourcing methodologies to draw in high-quality talent.
• Ensure clear and timely communication with candidates to foster a positive candidate experience.
• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, preferably in the healthcare or technology sectors.
• Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and ATS platforms.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to multitask and handle multiple requisitions concurrently.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Flexibility to work U.S. hours.
