Talent Sourcer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify and source passive candidates through various channels by defining the ideal profile for each of our open positions.

• Create, own, and implement innovative sourcing strategies.

• Manage and cultivate your pipeline of leads while pinpointing future opportunities that align with their skills and interests.

• Engage with candidates to comprehend their motivations, goals, and preferences.

• Provide updates on pipeline and candidate activities to the Recruiting team.

• Ensure precise and comprehensive documentation within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Collaborate with hiring teams to fully understand their recruitment needs and work together to devise an effective strategy.

• Conduct phone interviews.

• Offer strategic insight throughout the candidate selection process, advising on candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.

• Oversee the candidate experience throughout the entire process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of robust sourcing experience in a fast-paced environment is essential.

• A Bachelor's degree is required.

• Experience in sourcing and recruiting for high-volume roles is necessary.

• Strong background in sourcing passive candidates and the capability to devise creative sourcing strategies.

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems is a must.

• Proven history of developing strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally.

• Outstanding organizational, time management, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.

• Demonstrated success in meeting targets.

• A self-starter with a remarkable work ethic.

• Experience in the full life cycle of the recruiting process.

• Proven interpersonal, organizational, and both written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency with MS Office Products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

• Ability to apply critical thinking skills effectively.

• Knowledge of innovative and creative sourcing techniques.

• Capacity to manage multiple tasks and recruit for various positions to meet deadlines.
