This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Uruguay.

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for various open positions in engineering, AI research, QA, DevOps, and product management.

• Conduct searches and establish passive candidate pipelines utilizing Juicebox as the primary sourcing tool.

• Create and enhance boolean and X-Ray search strings on platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and other sourcing channels.

• Initiate cold outreach and manage response sequences to advance candidates in the recruitment pipeline.

• Maintain candidate data integrity within Ashby — ensuring accurate tagging, stage transitions, and sourcing attribution.

• Provide a specified weekly volume of qualified, pipeline-ready candidates for each open position.

• Identify any discrepancies in credentials or authenticity issues for recruiter follow-up.

• Over 3 years of practical, daily experience directly using Ashby — this is non-negotiable.

• Proven experience in sourcing using Juicebox — must be able to independently build and refine searches in Juicebox.

• More than 3 years of sourcing experience, preferably in support of technical and/or product roles.

• Proficient in constructing boolean/X-Ray searches on LinkedIn, GitHub, and similar platforms.

• Comfortable sourcing across various technical domains even if lacking deep expertise (AI/ML, DevOps, QA, engineering).

• Strong written English skills for outreach that feels personalized rather than templated.

• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and meet weekly sourcing goals with minimal supervision.

• Must be located outside the United States, with reasonable overlap with US business hours.

• This position is a 1099 independent contractor role — it is not an employee position; no benefits, PTO, or employment relationship is implied.
