Talent Sourcer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Conducting profile assessments alongside the selection team

• Developing search strategies and sourcing methods

• Actively seeking candidates through hunting on LinkedIn, job portals, and databases

• Identifying and reaching out to passive candidates

• Utilizing boolean searches and advanced filters

• Generating and maintaining pipelines of qualified candidates

• Performing initial screenings (via phone or virtually) of candidates

• Recording and updating information in databases / ATS

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience in talent sourcing and attraction

• Knowledge of English and/or Portuguese

• Experience sourcing IT and/or industrial profiles

• Experience in recruitment for the oil industry

• Advanced proficiency in the Office suite

• Proactive, analytical profile with a results-oriented mindset, strong research skills, organization, and autonomy
