Talent Sourcer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Identifying and attracting candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, Behance, job boards, etc.)

• Engaging with candidates and evaluating pertinent resumes

• Keeping records and utilizing a CRM system

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent communication and networking abilities (prior experience in highly communicative roles is advantageous)

• Initiative and a results-driven approach

• Proficiency in English at or above the Upper-Intermediate level

• Knowledge of hiring resources and familiarity with essential candidate sourcing tools

• At least 1 year of experience in a related position (experience in filling both technical and non-technical roles is a plus)
