📋 Description

• Oversee the entire recruiting process for open roles from start to finish.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

• Identify optimal candidate sourcing methods through various online platforms such as Indeed.

• Evaluate candidate information utilizing the Applicant Tracking System.

• Organize phone interviews, assessments, and in-person or video interviews.

• Counsel hiring managers on candidates' skills and alignment with the company culture throughout the selection process.

• Foster strong relationships with hiring managers and influential stakeholders.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

• Keep abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to enhance recruitment processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree, ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• At least 1 year of recruiting experience is preferred.

• Experience with the full life cycle of recruiting is required.

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills are essential.

• Proficiency in MS Office Products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is necessary.

• Ability to demonstrate critical thinking skills effectively.

• Familiarity with creative and innovative sourcing techniques is a plus.

• Knowledge of resume databases, job boards, and professional networks is advantageous.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks and recruit for various positions to meet timelines.
