This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Create and implement affiliate marketing strategies to enhance partner recruitment, activation, and revenue growth within QuillBot's international affiliate network.
• Identify, recruit, and successfully onboard strategic affiliate partners.
• Negotiate and oversee contracts, commission structures, and incentive programs.
• Establish and manage affiliate relationships comprehensively, including tracking codes, promotional offers, payment reconciliation, and partner support.
• Analyze affiliate performance across various cohorts, geographies, and partner types.
• Monitor conversion quality, revenue, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), and fraud indicators.
• Present analytical findings and optimization suggestions to senior management.
• Manage commission expenditures within approved budgets while recommending reallocations based on performance, growth potentials, and ROI.
• Design and execute structured tests on incentives, offers, audience segments, commission tiers, and campaign mechanics.
• Collaborate with Creative to develop promotional materials and affiliate assets.
• Work in conjunction with Product, Brand, Data, and Engineering teams to enhance tracking and attribution, implement fraud detection, and improve measurement accuracy.
• Keep abreast of affiliate marketing trends, competition, technologies, regulatory changes, and best practices.
• A minimum of 5 years of practical affiliate marketing experience, ideally within a B2C subscription or consumer technology sector.
• Proven track record in recruiting, onboarding, and expanding affiliate partner networks, managing partner performance, and making data-driven recommendations for commissions and budgets in line with acquisition, revenue, and ROI objectives.
• Extensive hands-on experience with affiliate platforms and networks such as Impact, PartnerStack, or similar affiliate management systems.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret changes in partner performance, identify high-potential segments, prioritize optimization opportunities, and convert data into actionable insights for partners and programs.
• Solid understanding of attribution, fraud detection, and quality control concepts.
• Proficient in communicating performance insights and recommendations through dashboards, written updates, and structured presentations.
• Capability to collaborate effectively across remote, cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, Brand, Data, and Finance.
• Ability to manage multiple partner relationships and priorities with a strong sense of ownership.
• Experience in recruiting, onboarding, and overseeing affiliate partners in international markets.
• Background in designing and analyzing structured tests or experiments aimed at optimizing partner incentives, offers, or conversion mechanics.
