Influencer & Affiliate Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee and cultivate influencer and affiliate partnerships with an emphasis on reach, authenticity, and revenue generation.

• Identify suitable creators, evaluate their potential, and choose collaboration partners effectively.

• Establish new partnerships while nurturing existing relationships for long-term success.

• Manage briefs, product shipments, campaigns, and ensure content alignment.

• Track collaboration performance and determine subsequent actions.

• Generate innovative ideas for creator campaigns, user-generated content (UGC), and authentic storytelling.

• Strategically broaden affiliate marketing efforts with a focus on sustainable growth.

• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Content, and E-Commerce teams while actively contributing your own insights.

• Proven experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or creator management within the e-commerce sector.

• A strong affinity for brands, individuals, and authentic communication.

• A genuine enjoyment of networking and fostering long-term relationships.

• Excellent communication skills, dependability, and a keen sense of tone and messaging.

• Comfort in working with numbers and analyzing performance metrics.

• Proficient written and spoken German language skills.
