Talent Review Partner – Contractor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Develop candidate evaluation documents and scoring materials.

• Assess resumes, academic transcripts, LinkedIn profiles, references, and additional candidate data.

• Assist in preparing hiring packets and ensuring quality control.

• Manage communications and scheduling for executive hiring evaluations.

• Support the administration of the hiring process and operational workflows.

• Contribute to AI-related projects, create training materials, and document processes.

• A Bachelor’s degree with over 3 years of relevant professional experience.

• Outstanding attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and analytical thinking.

• Excellent written communication abilities, capable of condensing complex information into clear, objective recommendations.

• Capacity to maintain speed, accuracy, and sound judgment in a dynamic environment.

• Proficiency in using AI tools and adaptability to evolving priorities and workloads.

• Preferred experience in recruiting, admissions, candidate assessment, or other selective review settings.
