This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Your role will involve serving as a strategic partner to leadership, assisting Zippi in making informed people-related decisions while maintaining a high standard of management, talent, and organizational culture.
• You will have a significant impact through:
• Advisory support for leaders: aiding leaders in delicate decisions concerning management, organizational structure, development, performance, and compensation by leveraging deep contextual knowledge, sound judgment, and a business-oriented mindset.
• Organizational diagnosis: proactively identifying, diagnosing, and structuring people-related challenges using data, active listening, and an understanding of team dynamics, transforming these insights into actionable plans.
• Advancement of People systems: crafting and enhancing rituals and processes that enable Zippi to manage, develop, and acknowledge people consistently while avoiding unnecessary complexity.
• Integration of technology in People: utilizing AI, automation, and systems to streamline the operations of the People function, making processes more straightforward, consistent, and scalable.
• Proven experience as an HRBP in a high-growth environment: significant experience as an HRBP or in a similar role within startups, scale-ups, fintechs, or rapidly expanding tech companies.
• Advisory support for senior leadership: experience in providing counsel to founders, C-level executives, directors, or senior leaders on sensitive management and organizational matters within cultures that uphold high standards and demanding leadership.
• Analytical skills and organizational diagnosis: capability to synthesize data, metrics, context, and qualitative insights to identify organizational challenges and convert that analysis into clear, actionable strategies.
• Influence and stakeholder management: adeptness in customizing your approach to various leadership styles, maintaining positions, and guiding discussions even in the absence of formal authority.
• Proficiency across People systems: hands-on knowledge in areas such as performance, leadership, culture, development, organizational design, onboarding, offboarding, and people management. While you don’t need to be an expert in every domain, you should possess a well-rounded skill set and sound judgment to navigate effectively in each.
• Autonomy and a builder mindset: capability to convert ambiguity into clarity, creating straightforward, actionable paths even in evolving contexts.
• Exceptional communication: strong writing skills, articulation, and clarity to construct diagnoses, recommendations, and alignments with leaders in an objective, precise, and structured manner.
• Tech-first mindset: hands-on experience with AI, automation, systems, or tools to simplify, standardize, and scale processes.
