This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Manage and uphold salary structures, job and salary frameworks, and job family alignment across various global regions.
• Collaborate with lead Compensation Partners to support global compensation initiatives, including annual compensation planning activities such as merit cycles, incentive programs, and promotion pay decisions.
• Evaluate compensation data and engage in local pay transparency efforts, ensuring adherence to emerging directives and local regulations, while possessing a solid understanding of global pay transparency compliance and reporting requirements, including the EU pay directive.
• Work alongside the benefits team and People Operations teams to address global benefits inquiries.
• Coordinate with HR Operations, Payroll, and local HR Business Partners to ensure the accurate and timely execution of global benefits programs.
• Offer ongoing assistance for the global benefits renewal process, which includes data submissions, follow-up requests, invoice reconciliation and processing, budgeting/forecasting, and collaboration with internal partners.
• Develop and maintain essential internal global benefits resources, including but not limited to standard operating procedure documents, global benefits inventory, management reporting, global calendar, and invoice tracking.
• Address escalated benefits program inquiries from employees, managers, and HR partners, and propose process enhancements as needed.
• 5+ years of experience in global compensation and benefits, covering the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions.
• Familiarity with global compensation compliance, regulations, and pay transparency directives.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in HRIS systems and compensation modeling tools.
• Experience with compensation planning tools.
