Trial Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee and direct major cases spanning multiple practice areas.

• Create case theories and manage cases from their initial stages through to trial.

• Collaborate with a talented and diverse team of attorneys on intricate employment issues.

• Provide services to a discerning client base.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 10 years of litigation experience, with a focus on employment trials.

• Demonstrated success in court, including experience with jury trials and a preference for appellate cases.

• Strong leadership abilities with a talent for mentoring and guiding junior attorneys.

• Exceptional analytical and organizational skills, capable of handling multiple cases concurrently while adhering to tight deadlines.

• Proficient in developing and sustaining robust client relationships while offering advice on trial strategies.

• Must be licensed to practice in California and in good standing.

• Willingness and ability to travel as necessary for trials and client consultations.
