This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with leadership and People Experience Business Partners (PXBPs) to assess and advise on compensation choices, ensuring that pay practices remain competitive, consistent, and aligned with organizational needs.
• Foster trusted relationships with designated client groups, delivering proactive compensation advice and assisting leaders in navigating complex compensation issues.
• Offer consultative support to PXBPs, people leaders, and other stakeholders regarding compensation decisions, job leveling, and pay competitiveness within assigned client groups.
• Perform market pricing and benchmarking analyses for broad-based pay and variable compensation programs to guide compensation decisions and uphold market competitiveness.
• Assist with career architecture, job evaluation, and leveling initiatives throughout the organization.
• Assess compensation proposals for job offers and advise Talent Acquisition and business leaders to facilitate equitable and market-aligned decisions.
• Formulate and present compensation recommendations that strike a balance between market data, internal equity, and business objectives.
• Continuously develop and refine compensation processes, tools, and templates to enhance clarity, consistency, and efficiency across compensation programs.
• Identify inefficiencies, gaps, and risks within compensation programs; propose and implement enhancements that simplify navigation for leaders and employees.
• Clearly communicate compensation concepts to people leaders, PXBPs, and employees, aiding stakeholders in understanding the functionality of compensation programs and the decision-making process.
• Provide insights on sales incentive plan design by assessing business priorities and suggesting plan improvements that align with business goals.
• Proven experience in leading and managing compensation design decisions in collaboration with business leaders, Finance, and HR Business Partners.
• Deep expertise in compensation, including market pricing, benchmarking, salary structure management, and job leveling.
• Excellent communication and facilitation abilities, capable of conveying complex compensation concepts, challenging assumptions, and guiding stakeholders through compensation decisions.
• Demonstrated judgment and comfort in ambiguous situations, with the capability to make and defend compensation recommendations.
• High proficiency in Excel, adept at creating clear and professional analysis and summary materials (tables, charts, presentations).
• Required experience working in Workday to facilitate compensation processes and data management; familiarity with incentive compensation platforms like Xactly, Varicent, or similar tools is a plus.
• Highly desirable experience in supporting sales incentive compensation programs, including the design, implementation, or administration of incentive plans.
• Self-driven, collaborative, and results-oriented, possessing a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
