Talent Research Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Take the initiative to source and identify top-tier candidates across various industries and functions.

• Create innovative sourcing strategies to discover talent beyond conventional channels.

• Utilize logic, research, and data analysis to reveal new talent pools and sourcing techniques.

• Approach challenging roles creatively by exploring unconventional candidate pathways.

• Establish and uphold a pipeline of passive candidates.

• Perform initial outreach and engagement with prospective candidates.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to gain a thorough understanding of role requirements and hiring obstacles.

• Demonstrated capability to locate candidates for challenging or specialized roles.

• Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.

• A creative mindset with enthusiasm for discovering hidden talent.

• Proficient in utilizing sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Boolean search, databases, etc.).

• Capacity to think innovatively and employ unconventional methods.

• Exceptional research and investigative skills.

• Strong communication and outreach skills.

• Experience in agency or in-house recruiting (preferred).

• Knowledge of advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean, X-ray search, etc.) (preferred).

• Background in working with startups or in fast-paced environments (preferred).
