Talent Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Comprehensive Recruitment Cycle: Identify, evaluate, and present top-tier candidates to fulfill client requirements.

• Strategic Talent Sourcing: Employ ATS, sourcing tools, Boolean search techniques, Google X-ray, referrals, your LinkedIn network, and other innovative strategies.

• Focus on Healthcare and Dental Talent: Emphasize the recruitment of dentists, nurses, allied health professionals, and clinical experts.

• Candidate Interaction: Develop talent pipelines, foster relationships, and ensure effective communication.

• Client Collaboration (when necessary): Work alongside internal and external partners to clarify talent requirements and provide consultation.

• KPI Oversight: Monitor weekly performance metrics and contribute to a culture focused on achieving goals.

• Reporting Duties: Deliver weekly summaries and insights reflecting sourcing and placement activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in full-cycle agency recruiting within dental or clinical healthcare settings (experience in commission-based recruiting is preferred).

• At least 2 years of experience in recruiting dentists or clinical healthcare professionals (specialist recruiting experience is preferred).

• Demonstrated success in recruiting dentists, nurses, allied health, and clinical professionals.

• Proven capability to source and engage with over 100 candidates daily.

• Proficient in the techniques of Boolean and Google X-ray searches.

• History of meeting KPIs: 8-12 initial screenings per week and 4-7 candidate submissions weekly.

• Familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, etc.).

• Comfortable working in virtual settings with cameras on.

• Exceptional communication skills, high energy, and a proactive mindset.

• Ability to utilize social media platforms and professional networks effectively for sourcing and engaging candidates.
