Talent Platforms Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the entire creator roster, including each creator's niche, target audience, rates, and previous partnerships.

• Identify and evaluate campaign opportunities on platforms such as Later, Aspire, and other creator networks for suitability, rates, and brand compatibility.

• Craft personalized pitches and submit partnership applications on behalf of creators.

• Keep creator profiles, platform connections, and media kits updated in Foam.

• Handle platform reconnection requests and ensure follow-ups until resolution.

• Distribute and monitor creator questionnaires until completion.

• Develop and sustain each creator's content repository with up-to-date and high-quality work samples.

• Collaborate with talent managers and campaign managers throughout the application and selection process.

• Coordinate with the internal team to guarantee timely service delivery and meet client expectations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferably 1-2 years of virtual assistant experience with a US-based company.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to compose clear and professional emails and pitches.

• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Capacity to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups simultaneously.

• Interest in social media, the creator economy, and influencer marketing.

• Quick adaptability to new platforms.

• Proficient in Google Workspace, particularly Gmail, Sheets, and Drive.

• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.

• Nice to have: Familiarity with influencer platforms like Later, Aspire, Foam, CreatorIQ, or Grin.

• Nice to have: Experience in outbound sales, including writing pitches and concepts.

• Availability to work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CT.
