• Drive organizational growth and efficiency through performance analysis

• Design and monitor performance indicators

• Analyze employee and organizational data

• Create dashboards and executive reports

• Support performance evaluation processes

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in performance management, human resources analysis, or organizational development

• Strong analytical and reporting skills

• Experience with data analysis and dashboard creation tools such as Power BI

• Excellent communication skills

• Knowledge of performance evaluation methodologies and continuous improvement practices
