Talent & People Lead – Full-Cycle Recruiting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the entire recruiting process across various departments simultaneously.

• Establish the recruiting framework from the ground up, which includes the intake process, scorecards, interview formats, pipeline management, and reporting.

• Proactively source candidates and develop talent pipelines in anticipation of future openings.

• Evaluate candidates and conduct initial interviews.

• Organize interviews and ensure hiring managers remain engaged throughout the process.

• Oversee offer discussions until closure.

• Collaborate with department leaders to determine role specifications and hiring priorities.

• Demonstrated success as a high-performing, independent recruiter who has managed a complete recruiting cycle autonomously.

• Experience recruiting across various functions and departments at the same time.

• Strong instincts for sourcing and the ability to proactively create talent pipelines.

• Comfortable working remotely and effectively communicating with a distributed team.

• Willingness to work PST hours.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Previous experience in a fast-paced or entrepreneurial setting (preferred).

• Background in hiring for content, sales, or operations positions (preferred).

• Familiarity with ATS systems and sourcing tools (preferred).
