This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latvia.
• Talent Strategy & Alignment: Collaborate with Sales and internal teams to evaluate job specifications, compensation structures, and talent availability to create effective sourcing strategies.
• Full-Lifecycle Execution: Identify, assess, interview, and place specialized technology professionals, ensuring both technical skills and client fit are evaluated.
• Pipeline & Relationship Management: Actively build and sustain pipelines of IT talent while nurturing ongoing relationships with consultants throughout their assignments.
• Negotiation & Closure: Negotiate details of compensation packages, hourly rates, and terms of engagement that align with organizational goals.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of metrics within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), maintaining compliance with internal processes and employment laws.
• Prioritization & Delivery: Evaluate pipeline strength and prioritize job requisitions based on urgency, business impact, and delivery requirements.
• Experience: At least 5 years of dedicated IT recruitment experience within a staffing agency, consulting firm, or a dynamic recruitment agency environment.
• Process Mastery: Demonstrated expertise in managing full-lifecycle recruiting processes for technology talent.
• Delivery: Proven experience in supporting client-facing recruiting initiatives and handling multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Tools: Hands-on proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and contemporary sourcing tools.
• Core Skills: Strong negotiation, analytical thinking, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Nice-to-Have: Experience in sourcing for roles specifically in software engineering, cloud architecture, or data-driven positions.
• Environment Exposure: Experience working within MSP/VMS (Managed Service Provider / Vendor Management System) frameworks.
• Advanced Tech: Familiarity with modern AI-driven recruiting or automated sourcing technologies.
• Contract Staffing: Direct experience in supporting contract or temporary staffing placements.
• Global Collaboration: Experience in collaborating with distributed or international recruiting teams.
