This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Talent Strategy & Alignment: Collaborate with Sales and internal teams to evaluate job requirements, compensation structures, and talent availability to craft effective sourcing strategies.
• Full-Lifecycle Execution: Identify, screen, interview, and place specialized technology professionals, assessing both technical skills and alignment with client needs.
• Pipeline & Relationship Management: Actively build and sustain pipelines of IT talent while nurturing ongoing relationships with consultants throughout their assignments.
• Negotiation & Closure: Facilitate negotiations regarding compensation packages, hourly rates, and terms of engagement in line with organizational goals.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure accurate tracking and metrics reporting within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), maintaining compliance with internal processes and employment regulations.
• Prioritization & Delivery: Evaluate pipeline strength and prioritize job requisitions based on urgency, business impact, and delivery expectations.
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of focused IT recruitment experience in a staffing agency, consulting firm, or dynamic recruitment agency setting.
• Process Mastery: Demonstrated success in managing full-lifecycle recruiting processes for technology talent.
• Delivery: Experience in supporting client-facing recruiting initiatives while juggling multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Tools: Proficient in ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and current sourcing tools.
• Core Skills: Exceptional negotiation, analytical thinking, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Nice-to-Have: Technical Niches: Experience in sourcing for specific roles in software engineering, cloud architecture, or data-centric positions.
• Environment Exposure: Experience working within MSP/VMS (Managed Service Provider / Vendor Management System) frameworks.
• Advanced Tech: Knowledge of modern AI-driven recruiting or automated sourcing tools.
• Contract Staffing: Direct experience in supporting contract or temporary staffing placements.
• Global Collaboration: Background in working with distributed or international recruiting teams.
