This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as a trusted consultant to Sales leadership, offering strategic insights on workforce planning, role creation, and optimal recruiting practices.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for Sales positions, ensuring an outstanding experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
• Develop and implement scalable, role-specific recruitment strategies and process enhancements tailored to the demands of a rapidly expanding Sales organization.
• Excel in a fast-paced environment with changing objectives and priorities, quickly adapting while maintaining focus on long-term talent acquisition goals.
• Create and execute proactive sourcing strategies to establish robust, sustainable talent pipelines that support a fast-growing organization.
• Identify and connect with top sales talent through strategic networking, employee referrals, industry associations, and targeted sourcing initiatives.
• Build meaningful relationships with high-caliber candidates across the U.S., positioning ParetoHealth as the employer of choice for elite sales professionals.
• Advocate for and enhance ParetoHealth’s employer brand in the marketplace to attract high-performing, mission-driven candidates.
• Leverage data and analytics to assess recruiting effectiveness, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and report essential hiring metrics.
• Collaborate on cross-departmental Talent and People projects, contributing to initiatives such as DE&I efforts, process optimization, and talent planning.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; alternatively, an additional 4 years of professional experience may be accepted in place of a degree.
• At least 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a minimum of 2 years in a senior, leadership, or strategic business partner role.
• Proven success in recruiting sales teams within a high-growth or performance-oriented environment.
• Experience in fast-paced, rapidly changing settings while managing shifting priorities with resilience and strategic insight.
• Strong knowledge of employment regulations, HR fundamentals, and the intersection of recruiting with broader People strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful recruiting strategies, achieving results in a dynamic setting.
• Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and communication abilities.
• Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret data and drive process improvements based on insights.
• Proficient in recruiting tools such as Greenhouse (ATS), BrightHire, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
