Talent Partner – 6 Month FTC

📋 Description

• Managing a portfolio of 4–6 active roles concurrently. This involves the complete process from intake, search strategy, sourcing, candidate evaluation, to offer negotiation and closing.

• Collaborating with hiring managers from various departments. One week, you may be leading a search for a Staff Engineer, the next for a product role, and then for a senior Finance position.

• Conducting structured intake sessions that transform briefs into precise search strategies.

• Enhancing candidate experience to accurately reflect Primer’s operational style—efficient, transparent, and thoughtful. No silence, no ghosting, and no generic communications.

• Coordinating with hiring managers throughout the hiring process and adjusting strategies as necessary.

• Independently closing offers by constructing compelling cases, handling counteroffers, and elevating the standards at Primer.

• Ensuring the function is left in a better state than found. This includes maintaining clean Ashby hygiene, documenting searches, and capturing market insights for the team to leverage.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in in-house technical or GTM recruiting within a high-growth environment.

• Proven ability to manage senior searches independently and comprehensively, without needing oversight at any stage.

• Genuine proficiency across various hiring domains—you don't need to have experience in every function, but must be capable of learning a new one in a week, not over a quarter.

• Excellent judgment regarding candidates. You can clearly explain why a candidate is suitable or not, beyond just instinct.

• Ability to thrive in uncertain conditions and manage a substantial workload. This role involves six months of significant volume, not a leisurely pace.
