This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement demand generation initiatives that create a qualified pipeline for the BD team through both inbound and account-based strategies.
• Collaborate closely with BD on targeted account-based campaigns aimed at priority institutional clients.
• Establish marketing metrics and reporting (pipeline contribution, MQLs, conversion rates, CAC) and present these findings to leadership.
• Craft comprehensive product positioning and messaging across Cubist's product range, customized for various buyer personas including crypto-native teams, trading firms, and traditional finance institutions.
• Enhance the core narrative that sets Cubist apart from MPC providers, HSM vendors, and competing key management systems.
• Create technical marketing materials such as one-pagers, case studies, website content, and collateral for BD to utilize in current deals.
• Elevate Cubist's thought leadership through technical content, blog articles, research papers, and security evaluations.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with analysts and press to influence the definition of the category and enhance Cubist's reputation within it.
• Lead Cubist's messaging and strategy across digital platforms, including website management, GEO/SEO, paid advertising, and social media presence on LinkedIn and X.
• Oversee Cubist's participation at industry conferences, including booth strategy, speaking engagements, sponsored content, and BD support.
• Coordinate pre-event, on-site, and post-event activities that transform conference engagement into a robust pipeline.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in B2B product marketing, content marketing, and/or growth marketing roles, preferably within crypto infrastructure, fintech, or developer-oriented B2B companies.
• Comfortable conducting experiments, discontinuing ineffective strategies, and focusing on successful approaches without being overly attached to personal concepts.
• Ability to understand buyers' perspectives and aid them in recognizing the challenges they face along with the opportunities that may be overlooked.
• Desire to be the first marketing hire at a high-impact company rather than the tenth at an established organization. Comfortable with ambiguity and possess a strong drive for growth.
• Established connections with crypto-focused press, analysts, podcast hosts, and conference organizers are a significant advantage.
