This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Take ownership of the comprehensive revenue operations strategy, emphasizing customer success and field engineering: pipeline health, forecasting, territory design, and go-to-market capacity planning.
• Create and uphold a centralized source of truth for revenue data across HubSpot, BigQuery, Hex, and usage signals from the Supabase platform.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership to develop and refine coverage models, segmentation strategies, and quota frameworks that accurately reflect the purchasing behaviors of developers.
• Establish and monitor key metrics, from top-of-funnel conversion rates to net revenue retention, providing insights that prompt action rather than mere reporting.
• Direct the RevOps roadmap: prioritize investment in tools, manage vendor partnerships, and assess new systems based on genuine business needs.
• Engage cross-functionally with Finance to ensure accuracy in revenue forecasting and accruals, maintaining alignment between go-to-market and financial models.
• Work alongside GTM Engineering to implement automations and data pipelines, ensuring that your strategic plans translate into effective systems rather than just presentations.
• Possess over 6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Strategy Consulting, GTM Strategy, or Sales Operations within a B2B SaaS or developer-tools environment.
• Be proficient in the go-to-market stack, including HubSpot, BigQuery, and Hightouch.
• Demonstrate comfort with SQL and be willing to delve into the data independently before seeking assistance from analysts.
• Have a track record of designing or revamping sales processes, forecasting rhythms, or territory models in a rapidly growing setting.
• Grasp the principles of product-led growth motions: product-led sales, usage-based triggers, and the integration of PLG data into commercial pipelines.
• Excel in autonomous work and find motivation in creating solutions that did not exist prior to your involvement.
• Communicate effectively across Finance, Sales, Engineering, and Marketing while maintaining attention to detail.
